- Payment: Required in full at time of booking (USD).
- Rescheduling: Allowed up to 24 hours before session.
- Cancellations: Less than 24 hours before session are non-refundable.
- No-shows: Non-refundable.
- Client conduct: Respectful and professional behavior required; inappropriate conduct may end the session without refund.
- Confidentiality: Maintained except when disclosure is legally required.
